Most Live Streams Fail Because of Poor Planning. Ours Don't.
Our 4-Phase Live Streaming Process
Phase 1 — Strategy & Technical Planning
Goal definition, audience analysis, platform selection, minute-by-minute run of show, technical requirements (internet, power, space), backup planning, and roles/responsibilities. Live streaming is live — there's no fixing it in post.
Phase 2 — Pre-Production & Rehearsal
Full equipment setup, graphics creation (lower-thirds, titles, bumpers), platform setup (streaming keys, privacy, moderation), speaker preparation (mic checks, camera coaching), full rehearsal, contingency planning. Nothing left to chance on stream day.
Phase 3 — Live Production
Full crew on site: director, technical director, camera operators, audio engineer. Live camera switching, live audio mixing, real-time graphics insertion, multi-platform simultaneous streaming, live chat moderation, backup recording, and real-time monitoring. No visible problems.
Phase 4 — Post-Stream & Repurposing
Full high-quality recording, quick turnaround edit for on-demand, 10–20 short clips for social promotion, performance analytics (viewers, retention, engagement), and recommendations for next time. One live stream = weeks of content across channels.
The Real Difference
What separates us from 95% of streaming companies.
Live Streaming + Website + CRM + Marketing Under One Roof
Most streaming companies hit "go live" and disappear. We connect your stream to your growth system: CTAs that drive website traffic, registration integrated to your CRM, content repurposed for social and email, follow-up automation for attendees, and analytics that connect stream to revenue.
Engagement-Focused Production
Concurrent viewers is vanity. Retention is reality. Dynamic camera switching every 30 seconds. Strategic graphics that reinforce key points. Crystal-clear audio (no one tunes out bad audio). Interactive elements (polls, Q&A, chat). Platform-specific optimization. We keep viewers watching.
Bilingual Streaming (English & Spanish)
Orlando's Hispanic community is over 30% of the population. We produce bilingual streams or separate language feeds — bilingual hosts or separate tracks, Spanish graphics and lower-thirds, distribution on Spanish-language platforms, culturally adapted content.
No Equipment Investment. No Technical Headaches.
Broadcast-quality streaming equipment is a major capital expense — plus full-time technical staff to run it. With JVR: no equipment purchase, no maintenance, no hiring. Scalable production — pay for what you need, when you need it. Broadcast quality at a fraction of the cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for proper planning and rehearsal. Rush bookings are possible for an additional fee, but we strongly recommend avoiding rushed technical planning — live streaming has no redo.
Do you only stream from your studio or can you come to us?
We can stream from our Orlando studio or come to your location (venue, office, conference center). On-location streaming requires additional equipment and crew transport, which is factored into the project quote.
What platforms do you stream to?
All major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, Vimeo, and custom RTMP destinations (your website, private platforms, employee intranets, etc.). We can stream to multiple platforms simultaneously.
Can you integrate with our registration platform?
Yes. We integrate with Zoom, Teams, Webex, Hopin, Eventbrite, and custom registration platforms. We can also set up our own registration system if needed, with direct integration into your CRM.
Do you provide recording for on-demand?
Yes. Every stream includes full-quality local recording for on-demand use. We can also provide quick-turnaround editing for next-day on-demand availability, and extract social media clips within 48 hours of the event.
What if something goes wrong during the stream?
We have redundant systems: backup internet connection, backup streaming computer, and parallel local recording. Our technical director monitors everything in real-time. If something fails in one system, we switch to backup instantly — viewers never experience an interruption.
Do you offer monthly packages for recurring streams?
Yes. We offer monthly packages for churches, weekly webinars, corporate all-hands, and other recurring streams. Monthly packages include priority scheduling and consistent crew who know your setup from day one.
Can you provide social media clips after the stream?
Yes. Every stream package includes 10–20 short-form clips extracted from the recording for social media promotion. These are delivered within 48 hours of the event and sized for all major platforms.
