Embroidered Logos Last. Printed Logos Don't.
Premium thread. No puckering. Digitizing done in-house.
Printed logos crack, fade, and peel. Embroidered logos look premium, feel premium, and last the life of the garment. When your team wears your brand, it should look like you care.
Our commercial embroidery machines produce detailed, durable embroidery on virtually any apparel — polos, uniforms, hats, outerwear, and workwear. We digitize in-house, adjust stitch density per fabric type, and inspect every piece.
Embroidery Services
From corporate apparel to team uniforms to promotional merchandise — we embroider on virtually any garment.
Corporate Apparel
Polos, dress shirts, jackets, bags, and caps embroidered with your logo. Individual name embroidery available. Bulk pricing for 10+ pieces.
Team Uniforms
Jerseys, caps, jackets, and warm-ups with name and number customization. Quick turnaround — 5-7 days standard for most team orders.
Promotional Merchandise
Premium embroidered swag that people actually wear — not printed giveaways that end up in the trash. A $30 embroidered polo gets worn. A $5 printed tee gets thrown away.
Hats & Headwear
Baseball caps, dad hats, beanies, golf caps — front, back, and side embroidery. 3D puff embroidery available for logos that physically pop off the fabric.
Outerwear & Performance Wear
Fleece, softshell, and windbreakers embroidered with adjusted stitch density for heavier fabrics — durable results that hold up to wear, washing, and weather.
Uniforms & Workwear
Industrial-grade thread and backing rated for 100+ wash cycles. Restaurant uniforms, medical scrubs, construction workwear — embroidery that survives the job.
The Real Difference
Not just a vendor — a production partner that combines precision, speed, and in-house capability.
No Puckering — Even on Thin Garments
We adjust stitch density, underlay type, thread tension, and hooping technique per fabric weight. Clean, flat embroidery on thin dress shirts and performance fabrics — not just heavy jackets.
Digitizing Done In-House
Most shops outsource digitizing. We do it ourselves — on the actual garment. Faster turnaround (24-48 hours), better quality, and lower cost. No miscommunication between digitizer and machine operator.
Embroidery + Printing + Packaging
One vendor for your entire branded kit: embroidered polo + pad-printed pen + custom packaging box. One order, one invoice, no coordinating between three vendors.
Premium Madeira & Isacord Thread
We use thread that costs 3x more than economy options — richer colors, better wash resistance, better sheen. Your brand colors, accurately reproduced and permanently maintained.
Embroidery vs Printing — The Honest Comparison
| ✗ Screen Print / Vinyl | ✓ Professional Embroidery |
|---|---|
| Cracks, fades, peels after 20-50 washes | ✓Lasts the lifetime of the garment — won't fade or crack |
| Flat, painted-on look — perceived as cheap | ✓Premium, textured, 3D — people keep embroidered items |
| Minimum orders of 12-24 units | ✓Low minimums — even single pieces available |
| Poor on small text and fine details | ✓Excellent fine detail with thread as fine as 0.5mm |
| Digitizing outsourced = delays + errors | ✓In-house digitizing — 24-48 hrs, tested on actual garment |
Recent Project Example
Needed 150 scrub tops and doctor coats embroidered with individual names and department titles for a rebrand.
JVR digitized the new logo in-house, adjusted stitch density for medical fabric, and embroidered individual names on each piece.
Results vary by project scope and complexity.
Frequently Asked Questions About Embroidery
What file formats do you need?
Vector artwork works best: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. High-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG at 300+ DPI) can work but may have limitations. We digitize everything in-house.
Will thin garments pucker?
Not with our process. We adjust stitch density, underlay type (cutaway for thin, tearaway for heavy), and hooping technique per fabric type specifically to prevent puckering.
How long does digitizing take?
In-house digitizing: 24-48 hours. Rush digitizing available for same-day turnaround on most logos.
Can you match specific thread colors?
Yes. We match Pantone colors using Madeira Polyneon and Isacord thread ranges across 300+ colors for accurate brand color reproduction.
Can you embroider individual names?
Yes — individual name embroidery is available for uniforms, teams, and corporate gifts at +$3-5 per piece.
Do you provide garments or just embroidery?
Both. We source blank apparel from Port Authority, Next Level, Bella+Canvas, and other major brands — or you can provide your own garments for embroidery.
