They also have access to 50+ lenders (vs. one bank's products), 21-day closings (vs. industry average of 40+ days), and a bilingual team in a market where many homebuyers speak Spanish.
But the website wasn't leading with any of that. It looked like every other mortgage site: rate quotes, loan types, and generic "hassle-free financing" language. The named team members were hidden.
